Invoice Clarity is a monthly subscription service that connects seamlessly to your accounting platform, transforming complex financial data into clear, visual insights. With intuitive graphs, progress tracking, and light gamification, it helps you stay on top of what’s coming in, whether you’re on track, and which clients are driving your business forward.
Built by a creative agency owner who was tired of uninspiring spreadsheets, Invoice Clarity is designed for people who want more visibility, and less stress when managing their finances.
Why we built it.
We created Invoice Clarity because I needed a better way to understand my business. I’m a visual thinker, and traditional finance tools just didn’t work for me. Now, I actually look forward to checking the numbers and I haven’t opened a spreadsheet in months.

How does it work?
Invoice Clarity connects to your accounting platform and pulls in your financial data. It then uses that data to create visual graphs and charts that help you understand your business finances.
What accounting platforms do you support?
We currently only support Xero. The possibility of adding other platforms in the future is not ruled out but is not currently planned. We're focused on building the core platform for now.
What Xero plan do I need?
We support all Xero accounts, as long as you have access to invoicing and quotes you're all good to go. Even the lower tiers (Ignite & Grow) that don't including reporting by default.
Does Invoice Clarity store my data?
No, Invoice Clarity does not store your accounting data at all. All data is stored on your accounting platform and is requested on page load.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can do this in the billing section within the dashbarod.
